The event featured several panel discussions on various aspects of the future of robotics. Steve Clemons of the Atlantic moderated a discussion on "Policy Opportunities in the Robotics Age" with Congressman Will Hurd (R-TX), who chairs the House Information Technology Subcommittee and earned his undergraduate degree in computer science, and Fred Humphries, Microsoft Vice President for US Government Affairs.
A panel on "Living with Robots", chaired by Axios Science Editor Alison Snyder, featured Helen Greiner, co-founder of iRobot and now CTO of drone maker ScyPhy Works, and Megan Smith, former US Chief Technology Officer under President Obama.
