The Association for the Advancement of of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) held their annual conference in February 2020 in New York City. Associated with the conference was a student outreach event for undergraduates interested in AI and intelligent robot programming. The event used Calypso for Cozmo, and was co-sponsored by Hunter College and ReadyAI LLC. Students attended an all-day Saturday workshop at Hunter College where they learned Calypso programming and created demos or games illustrating how AI can make our lives better. Then on Sunday they brought their creations to the American Museum of Natural History for a free public demonstration. ReadAI made a video documenting the event.
